    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund if your product isn’t right for you.

    • Items must be in original condition and packaging

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required

    • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

    3. Process

    To initiate a return, email us at support@ovialife.com with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.

    4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    5. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    6. Shipping Costs

    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
